CANCELLATION POLICY I completely understand that things come up! Since your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment. Last-minute changes can make it difficult to fill your spot. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-shows or cancellations of your appointment will result in a 100% fee of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the service and my availability. Deposits Any deposit paid will go toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you so much for respecting my time and helping me keep appointments running smoothly for everyone. 🤍
